I was once just a software engineer who didn't have any issues getting jobs. But ever since 2023, the market has gotten insanely competitive.
After a whole year of applying for jobs at the end of each day and getting nowhere, I realized this was the very definition of insanity.
Next, I tried sitting there and constantly refreshing job boards. This ended up being incredibly time consuming, especially as not all jobs that hit my filters were actually the right match for me.
That's when I decided to build something better.

Beware of "First2GetBanned" Products
Some products out there use your own login session and computer to repeatedly refresh job boards. This is a terrible approach:
- ✕You're guaranteed to get banned for automated usage - it's very easy for job boards to detect
- ✕What good is it if your computer is turned off?
- ✕Your account and IP get flagged, potentially ruining your job search
- ✕Even worse than banned: you could be subject to data poisoning - getting served fake listings to waste your time, or even scam postings designed to harvest your data
